As we continue to monitor the current global situation related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), Affiliated Professional Services, Inc. (APS) is prepared to ensure the continuity of the services we provide to our clients and their patients.

APS Technology and Processes

APS has heavily invested in the technology to allow patients to access their account information via the APS patient portal where they can easily obtain account information such as: denial information, outstanding balances, update insurance information, and make payments. In addition to accessing the APS website, patients may also access the same option via the automated APS patient phone line.

APS Operations

APS has detailed plans to continue to operate through the current crisis and to ensure that your cases are processed and billed with the highest quality. As long as our clients can continue to furnish us with the reports and ADT (patient demo) messages, and the payers continue to process and adjudicate claims, there should be no impact to our clients. Business will go on as usual since more than 90% of our employees have the ability to work remotely. We have implemented the safety recommendations urged by the Centers for Disease Control.
