40+ Years of Revenue Cycle Management Excellence
In 1982, our co-founders Gildo Cubellis and Glenn Taylor recognized the opportunity to develop a unique electronic interface to collect and submit claims for local radiology practices. They founded APS Medical Billing Solutions and opened a small office in Wareham, Massachusetts.
Tens of thousands of claims and 40+ years later, the tradition of excellence continues. Gildo Cubellis' son, W. Scott Cubellis, serves as President of APS and in 2019, APS joined Assembly Health to further support its clients with tech-enabled revenue cycle management services.

Scott Cubellis is the Founder of APS and son of co-founder Gildo Cubellis. Scott has a strong background in radiology revenue cycle management and is heavily focused on proactive client support. Scott's investments in technology and operational strategies have yielded consistent successful results forAPS clients. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Brown is the Chief Operating Officer for Assembly Health. He leads all physician and long-term care revenue cycle management operations strategy. Jeff has 20+ years of leadership experience and has a track record of delivering business results in high-growth companies. He enjoys building and growing teams, and implementing the operating infrastructure required to scale.

Drew Fithian is the Vice President of Strategic Account Management for Assembly Health. He leads account management across Assembly, driving operational strategy and key client management. Drew has over ten years of experience in revenue cycle leadership and data analytics. Before joining Assembly, Drew led performance improvement consulting engagements, partnering with hospital and physician organizations nationwide. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cooking, and playing golf.

Brad Plausse is the Director of Operations for APS. Brad brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare billing and management. He oversees a wide variety of RCM services including coding, A/R, payments, EDI, Call Center, and billing. Brad is an avid sports fan and loves rooting for the Patriots and Celtics. In his free time, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends but most of all with his grandkids!

Jesse Moniz is the Director of Provider Relations & New Client Implementation. Jesse holds a Practice Manager Certification and brings with him 25+ years of Healthcare and RCM experience. Jesse’s attention to detail and hands on approach has shown timely execution and proven success in the onboarding of new clients. For the last 9+ years Jesse has managed the Provider Relations team, who has received best in class rankings from our clients and providers. When Jesse isn't engaged in his professional pursuits, he enjoys camping, fishing, spending time with his family and friends, and gardening.
