40+ Years of Revenue Cycle Management Excellence
In 1982, our co-founders Gildo Cubellis and Glenn Taylor recognized the opportunity to develop a unique electronic interface to collect and submit claims for local radiology practices. They founded APS Medical Billing Solutions and opened a small office in Wareham, Massachusetts.
Tens of thousands of claims and 40+ years later, the tradition of excellence continues. Gildo Cubellis' son, W. Scott Cubellis, serves as President of APS and in 2019, APS joined Assembly Health to further support its clients with tech-enabled revenue cycle management services.

Scott Cubellis is the Founder of APS and son of co-founder Gildo Cubellis. Scott has a strong background in radiology revenue cycle management and is heavily focused on proactive client support. Scott's investments in technology and operational strategies have yielded consistent successful results forAPS clients. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Casey Cottam is the Head of Physician RCM Services for Assembly Health, the parent company of APS Medical Billing Solutions. In his role driving operational excellence across Assembly’s RCM function, Casey leads process development, implementation, and reporting. He brings over 20 years of clinical and technical healthcare experience to the role. Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with his wife and son, outdoor activities, and throwing pottery.

Brad Plausse is the Director of Operations for APS. Brad brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare billing and management. He oversees a wide variety of RCM services including coding, A/R, payments, EDI, Call Center, and billing. Brad is an avid sports fan and loves rooting for the Patriots and Celtics. In his free time, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends but most of all with his grandkids!

Roger Cunha is the Director of Client Services for APS. For 20+ years, Roger has set a standard of excellence in APS client support. In his role, Roger leads a team of Client Services Managers as well as directly supports practices across the country. His focus on proactive client communication, custom financial reporting, and interdepartmental collaboration contributes to APS’ high client retention rate. Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, outdoor activities, attending local and professional sporting events and watching a good movie.

Jesse Moniz is the Director of Provider Relations & NewClient Implementation. Jesse holds aPractice Manager Certification and brings with him 25+ years of Healthcare andRCM experience. Jesse’s attention to detail and hands on approach has shown timely execution and proven success in the onboarding of new clients. For the last 9+ years Jesse has managed the Provider Relations team, who has received best in class rankings from our clients and providers. When Jesse isn't engaged in his professional pursuits, he enjoys camping, fishing, spending time with his family and friends, and gardening.
