Full-time Customer Service Representative responsible for answering incoming calls regarding patient accounts.  Candidates should be organized, able to multi-task, have a pleasant and positive attitude, and great communication skills.  Tasks include documenting & updating patient account information, processing payments, and corresponding with clients.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Prior call center experience preferred; medical billing and health insurance knowledge helpful.

Professional demeanor with impeccable work ethic.

Must be computer proficient.

*Fluent in Spanish helpful.

Call Center is open from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm Mon-Fri.

Work hours will vary; must be flexible with schedule.
